Illustrative search: Mecklenburg County NC, 10–50 gross acres;
Use developable acres unchecked; building-size ceiling cleared;
visible Land / Private owner / Parcels + assemblages selections retained;
advanced filters not fully normalized for cross-vendor comparisons.
No county count or exhaustive match claim.
Observed: Hiwassee Road search card 18.5 acres; saved record 18.48 acres,
one parcel, APN 01131107. Official identity, acreage basis and revision
still require verification. A mapped R label is not a project permission.
Observed: Save to CRM -> My pipeline -> Lead -> Saved as Lead.
Observed: retrieved in CRM, renamed Workflow demonstration — Hiwassee Road,
saved research note, closed and reopened it; note remained.
Not tested: official-source parcel confirmation, colleague access/task delivery,
exports/integrations, contact allowances and engineering/entitlement outcomes.
No owner contacted. No contact lookup performed. Not a comparative test.
