Turn a recorded owner into a reviewed contact lead
Open Get Owner Contact on a parcel to look for available phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing information. Review the returned matches before saving relevant contacts to the acquisition record.
Confirm the property and recorded owner
Start with the right parcel and its available ownership record. For an LLC-owned site, keep the entity name and mailing address in the research notes so you can compare a returned contact with the property you are pursuing. Nearby parcels or similarly named entities may need separate investigation.
Review the allowance or credit quote
Free accounts include contact samples. After the included allowance, standard lookups use credits, and enhanced or retry paths may cost more. For bulk skiptracing, select projects or saved-list records and review the count and cost before starting. Bulk access requires Pro or an active trial.
Evaluate the match and assign the follow-up
A provider may return several candidates or no match. Check the available details and save useful contacts to CRM with the next task. Keep an uncertain association visible in your notes instead of treating the first returned name as confirmed ownership or authority to act for the entity.
Questions to settle early
Will every parcel produce an owner phone number?
Providers may return no match. A returned card shows available contact information; it does not establish a match for every property. Review candidates against the ownership evidence you have.
Can I still read a contact I already acquired?
Existing acquired contacts remain readable. New lookup allowances, credit costs, and bulk access depend on the current account and plan.
