Pillar was founded in 2023 with a simple observation: the real estate industry is filled with incredibly hardworking people, yet they lacked equally hardworking software to support them.
Our founder, Dylan Goren, noticed this gap after spending six years building technology that touches billions of square feet of real estate. Through his time at JLL, CoUrbanize, and WeWork, he saw firsthand how the right technology could change how real estate runs.
Together with Yehya Albakri, they set out to build Pillar: a platform that works as hard as the customers it serves. They share a passion for delivering high-quality software that creates real impact in people's daily work.

High school valedictorian and National Science Olympiad winner. Graduate of Olin College of Engineering with a passion for building exceptional software.
